The league will follow standard KHSAA rules.

Per KHSAA Regulations, this league is open to any high school student not currently on their high school team.

JUNIOR WILDCAT BASKETBALL WINTER LEAGUE
AGE AS OF SEPTEMBER 1, 2011
Training League For 6 and 7 year olds. Great for first year players. There will be 5 (7 minute) periods and players will use a 28.5 ball and play on 9 foot goals. Each player must play 2 full quarters without substitution. Our officials are allowed to help players. Coaches are allowed to interact with the players on the floor. (Full Rules)
Rookie League For 8 and 9 year olds. Players in this league will play with a 28.5 ball and on a 10 foot goal. Periods are 10 minutes long and all players have to play a full period in the first half and at least 1/2 period in the second half. NO backcourt defense in the first 3 quarters. (Full Rules)
Junior Varsity League For 10 and 11 year olds. Players will play with a 28.5 ball and on 10 foot goals. There are 4 (10) minute periods. (Full Rules)
Varsity League For 12 and 13 year olds (14 year olds may play if they are in 8th grade). Players play with a 29.5 ball. KY HS rules followed. (Full Rules)

DEADLINE for our upcoming Spring 2012 Session sign-ups March 17, 2012 . The new season will have a limited number of available player slots and evaluations will be near the end of March. Our Winter leagues filled completely and we expect demand for our Spring League to be high so reserve your spot now!
Games primarily on Mondays and Wednesday evenings. Cost is $175 ($165 for participation fee and $10 for jersey cost). $10 late registration fee will be assessed on all registrations after the deadline.
